The secret is success is never revealed.

The study says only 1% of successful people in the world.

In Many YouTube channels or LinkedIn stories or pod casts you will hear “secret of success’ and I live that is absolutely absurd.

A SECRECT IS NO SECRECT IF IT IS TOLD.

That’s why secret to success is always remains secret and will secret always.

But before we know the secret to success, we need to know what success is. In this perspective let me tell you a story of my life.

Me and my friend Amit both were just an average student in my school; use to study in my local language school I.e. Bengali medium school. Apart than an English language, all other subjects were in Bengali – physics, chemistry, botany, zoology all.

In my 10th standard both scored average marks but in 12th standard Amit score over all 85% marks and in science group scored 91% marks.

He also ranked in INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY and scored well, got selected in Kharagpur IIT( where Google CEO sunder Pichai also studied ) and now he is working in Japan on Robotics and draws $1M yearly cost to company as on 2020.

Myself just working on a simple IT company and drawing $20k dollar salary in a year.

At this point I am happy at my job and I think I am successful.

Comparing Amit and me, Amit is more successful than me. But this does not mean I am an failed person.

The boy who used to stood 1st in my classroom also making $50k per year salary as on 2020.

Who is successful then?

The answer you will say based on salaries. Salary here the basis of success, the more salary you have the more successful you are.

In our middle class Indian education system a good salaried job after long study is considered as a successful.

But there are lots of twists in this definition of success.

Today’s Success may not define tomorrow success, especially in the era of so dynamic planet.

Once Smartphone introduced by Research in motion with its flagship blackberry phone but today lost.

Students scored lower than you may   become richer than you at the age of your 50.

So success have so many conditions – the time, place, opportunities etc and so on.

Based on those parameters one is successful today and another is failed today and after change of lifestyle, way of life & most importantly time the successful person become failure and failed person become successful.

No matter what the story is, there are common traits that a successful person will always have and will always maintain. Let’s discuss them today.

Let’s check what common traits successful men or women may have.

Today I am going to tell you some interesting things about successful (As per the definition of success according to me) people and their actions what I have seen in my life so far.

The TOP THREE POINTS that I have notices is – COURAGE, TRUST, and COMMITMENT.

Courage is the term that often successful people I have see. Courage is much need to start a story, courage is much needed to start a job with your new skills, courage is need to start a new business , courage is need to start a new company. Courage is much more important and required if you failed and to accept failure is a part of life. Courage is much important to get up from failure.

But the fact that just to show courage many people can do anything in life and ultimately get failed on their perspective job. If you failed theoretically all risks are yours and you may not get back once you failed hugely.

It’s your own duty to recover your loss if you failed

So, only you can take that risk which you can only absorb.

It’s actually need to courage with strategy works, courage without strategy always failed.

The 2nd point that I am going to discuss is trust. In today’s environment i.e. startup culture trust is pretty much important. Trust is an important thing not only to be expected from who takes the risk but also to its stakeholder. Trust keeps a business ongoing. Trust keeps your investment to stand on its feet.

I have often seen successful persons always stick and stay to their words. In most of the cases, they don’t make fake promises and interestingly, this always helps people to keep investing on them.

The 3rd point that I am going to be discussed is commitment and it is pretty important for your stakeholders.

You will deliver what you had made commitment always and this also need to twist with all of your stakeholders.

Successful people don’t easily make commitments. If they do they always fulfill it.

I never seen successful people saying “I am trying my hard”  or “I am trying my best” because they always gives their best.

To cut the long story short THEY JUST DELIVER.

But the fact that all three C’s are interconnected too.

Trust and courage both needed to make a commitment while courage is needed to keep trust over time.

If you break or fake commitment you will lose trust of people.

To make a commitment you will need courage because there will always be a risk if you are unable to deliver your promises?

But the cause of success or recipe of success is not limited to all of this.

Success on various domains would be different from different point of view.

What is your domain?

And how do you define success? On particularly in your field?

I understand every story can be different from each other.

One thing I always life is full of learning.
